Welcome to Leisure Space Furniture. This website is operated by Leisure Space, LLC, doing business as Leisure Space Furniture, a warehouse-direct furniture business based in Santa Fe Springs, California. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Leisure Space Furniture.
By visiting our site, interacting with our services, or placing an order through our website, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced here, such as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, and contributors of content.

You may be asked to provide certain information, including your email address, billing information, payment information, shipping information, and delivery contact details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
2. General Conditions & Prohibited Uses
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or decline transactions at any time, including but not limited to orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, distributors, or orders suspected of fraud, abuse, pricing error, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.
You may not use our products, website, or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, infringe upon our intellectual property rights, interfere with the security of the website, or attempt to misuse, copy, resell, scrape, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
A breach or violation of these Terms may result in termination of your access to the Service and/or cancellation of pending orders, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Products, Inventory & Natural Materials
We operate as an authorized dealer for trusted furniture brands and suppliers. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, textures, dimensions, materials, and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device or monitor will display colors or finishes accurately.
Natural Materials Disclaimer: Some items may feature natural materials such as solid wood, marble, stone, rattan, leather, veneer, or other naturally variable materials. Variations in grain, texture, color, veining, markings, knots, and finish are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Product descriptions, dimensions, availability, pricing, and promotions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Custom, Special-Order, Made-to-Order & Final Sale Items
To offer a broad furniture catalog, Leisure Space Furniture may source products from our direct warehouse inventory as well as from suppliers, manufacturers, or distribution partners.
Important Notice: Items that are not currently held in our direct warehouse inventory and are ordered specifically from a supplier, manufacturer, or distribution partner after purchase may be treated as custom, special-order, made-to-order, supplier-managed, or final sale items, depending on the product, supplier terms, product-page disclosure, quote, invoice, order confirmation, or written communication.
As described in our Return and Refund Policy, custom, special-order, made-to-order, clearance, and final sale items are generally non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for cancellation once processing has begun, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For standard items that are eligible for return, original packaging is required. Approved returns may be subject to return shipping costs, outbound delivery deductions, completed service charges, and a 10% restocking fee. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and our Return and Refund Policy regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, restocking fees, packaging requirements, or damage claims, the Return and Refund Policy will control to the extent applicable.
5. Orders, Pricing & Billing
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until Leisure Space Furniture confirms acceptance, processes payment, and/or begins fulfillment. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including inventory unavailability, supplier restrictions, pricing errors, product errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations.
Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will generally be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to correction for errors. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, delivery, handling, assembly, white glove service, customs charges, or other applicable fees.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, delivery, and payment information for all transactions made through our website. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. Shipping, Local Delivery & Delivery Access
Leisure Space Furniture is based in Santa Fe Springs, California. We offer local delivery for eligible furniture orders within our service area, and shipping options may be available for certain products depending on item type, product size, delivery address, carrier availability, and logistics requirements.
Local Delivery: Local delivery is available within 40 miles of our Santa Fe Springs, CA warehouse, subject to eligibility and scheduling availability.
- Within 20 miles: Orders of $1,500 or more before tax may qualify for free local delivery. Orders under $1,500 are subject to a $99.99 local delivery fee.
- Over 20 miles and up to 40 miles: Orders of $2,500 or more before tax may qualify for free local delivery. Orders under $2,500 are subject to a $149.99 local delivery fee.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Estimated delivery or transit time is typically 1–5 business days after processing, depending on product availability, carrier availability, delivery method, address, route scheduling, and access conditions. All delivery and transit timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Standard Delivery: Unless a separate upgraded service is purchased and confirmed in writing, standard delivery is threshold delivery only, to the front door, garage, or first accessible dry area. Standard delivery does not include inside placement, stairs, elevators, room-of-choice service, unpacking, assembly, debris removal, or installation.
White Glove, inside-home delivery, room-of-choice delivery, assembly, or other upgraded services must be requested, quoted, and confirmed before shipping or delivery is scheduled. These services may not be available for all items or locations.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, carrier delays, supplier delays, route limitations, natural disasters, labor disruptions, access restrictions, incorrect address information, customer unavailability, or other events outside our reasonable control.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery & 48-Hour Reporting Rule
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the outer packaging and product promptly upon delivery. If visible freight damage is present, please note “Damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing whenever possible.
Any damaged, defective, missing-part, or incorrect item must be reported to us at service@leisurespaceus.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your report should include your order number, clear photos of the item, clear photos of the outer packaging, clear photos of the shipping label, and a brief description of the issue.
Please keep all original packaging until your claim, replacement request, or return review has been fully resolved. Failure to report damage, defects, missing parts, or incorrect items within 48 hours may limit our ability to assist with replacements, repairs, freight claims, manufacturer claims, or other remedies.
8. Customer Responsibility for Fit, Access & Delivery Conditions
Before placing an order, you are responsible for confirming that the purchased items will fit through all doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, gates, rooms, driveways, and access points at the delivery location.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to item fit, restricted access, unsafe conditions, incorrect or incomplete address information, customer unavailability, missed appointment, refusal of delivery, or other reasons not caused by Leisure Space Furniture, the order may be treated as a failed delivery or return. Additional delivery fees, re-delivery fees, storage fees, return shipping charges, handling fees, and restocking fees may apply to the extent permitted by law.
9. Intellectual Property & User Feedback
All content on this site, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, text, graphics, images, product layouts, designs, icons, videos, and website content, is owned by Leisure Space Furniture, its affiliates, suppliers, licensors, or content providers and is protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission.
If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, photos, videos, or other materials to us, including through our website, email, social media, or third-party platforms, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content in any medium for marketing, operational, or business purposes, subject to applicable law.

We may provide access to third-party tools, applications, services, or links to third-party websites over which we do not monitor or control. These third-party tools and links are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Your use of third-party websites, tools, applications, financing services, payment providers, or other third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. Complaints or claims regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the applicable third party.
11. Relationship with Shopify
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide ecommerce services to you. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly with Leisure Space Furniture, unless otherwise stated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, damages, liabilities, returns, refunds, delivery issues, or product issues arising from your purchase from Leisure Space Furniture.
12. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected through our website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because our website is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party service providers, those providers may also collect and process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
