• 20 miles for orders over $1,500
• 40 miles for orders over $2,500

Small-parcel orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 1–5 business days after shipment.

Furniture and oversized-item delivery times vary according to product availability, supplier location, delivery address, and carrier scheduling. We will contact you when an appointment is required.

Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are new, unused, complete, and retained in their original packaging. Written return authorization is required before sending an item back. Custom, special-order, made-to-order, clearance, and final sale products are generally not returnable.
